Tuesday

We had another busy day. In Language Arts, we talked about inferring as well as rhythm and rhyme in a poem. We then worked in reading, writing and listening centers. In Math, we worked on reviewing what we've done with estimating and calculating products involving decimal numbers by doing some problem solving. We had choir this morning and also went outside for gym. This afternoon in Social Studies, we worked on ecozones and looked at the ecozones in Canada and around the world. In Religion we read and discussed a story about wonders of creation. We ended the day with some silent reading and listening to our read aloud.

4. Make sure you are coming prepared for outside play - lunch play will be outside (and sometimes gym classes) if the temperature is about -10.
